Renovation Costs
The upgrade cost of the mechanical system including boilers, controls, some piping, ice storage, new package AC units for the office and music areas, and modification to the Ventilation systems and reconfiguration of all systems to operate under the regenerative dual duct concept -- $ 3.8 million or 3.5 million euros.
The lighting cost upgrades was $174,000 or 158,000 euros.
The pay back on these improvements should range from 10-15 years including the reduction in maintenance and replacements costs.
